Very nice wool balance, made by GURNEY. Made of brass and iron. The beam show some verification marks like:

F19
GR in an crown ? + 6 F
H 14 + GR in an crown + 2 or Z
6 G on the back

The beam is 53.5" wide and about 1 cm strong.

The graduation goes up to 10 lb, the scale is marked to weigh up to 25 lb, so the additional 15 lb can be weight by a add weight on the end of the beam ( lost )
