This 4" beauty has a window for viewing postal rates and bears the marking " SterlingB 2669 Patented 904 " The pan is lost also the text on the scale. I can only read 3-6-12-24 , 3-6-11-22 and ?-5-10-20. On the front the text CENT and Papers-Books-MDSE-Letters.
