Nice quadrant pendulum scale for testing the weight of paper. The scale is made by Louis Schopper and is fixed on a  three leg stand. A  sample of paper was suspended from the fine wire hook. The estimated weight of Kilo/100 meters of the paper was indicated by the pointer. The complete scale is 22" tall and 20" wide.
