Spring scale

Very large spring scale. Brass. No maker name, only the text 4-5 mm.
I am not sure how high the scale can weigh.
I pulled out the scale a little and the graduation show 20 KG. She must weigh up to
anything about 300 KG

The scale is 51 cm long
