Roman weights

   
This stunning, museum quality, roman bronze steelyard weight (lead filled) weighs about 1 kilo. It was dug in England and is in pristine condition. The bust figure is of Comodus (177 - 192AD) and it has a beautiful dark green patina. It measures approximately 4.25 X 3.1 inches
